Dear Mam,

* As I mentioned during our in-person feedback at the PTM and on various other occasions, one of AGS's key differentiators is its commitment to holistic education. The range of sports and extracurricular activities, combined with the emphasis on both academic subjects and daily enrichments, is truly commendable.

* impact of your efforts on the students and the school's development has become increasingly evident, as demonstrated in the recent Sports Day event. The way you and your team consistently encourage and motivate the students, treating them with the same care as if you were one of them, is a prime example of this commitment.

* During the PTM, I also expressed my interest in arranging a meeting to personally convey our sincere appreciation to the AGS management team. The AGS management's broader vision, extending beyond traditional education, deserves recognition.

still recall our esteemed Chairman's words when schools reopened after COVID in the academic year 2022-23: "The improvement of the school and the well-being of the students is not solely the responsibility of teachers; it should be a collaborative effort with the parents as well."

* As a parent, I kindly request that you, your team, and the AGS management continue with your current approach. I extend my best wishes for AGS to achieve even greater success.

*Thank you for your dedication and hard work.

* We have a very good infrastructure, good reading atmosphere classrooms, spacious Library, and added new labs were also awesome.

* Updating "பட்டம் - தினமலர் " concept in the school app motivates our kids to develop the habit of reading newspaper.

* Monthly Journal "இளந்தளிர்" is really a very innovative idea.

* Competitions for "காமராசர் பிறந்த நாள் விழா" is beneficial for kids.

* We are getting all updates about the school through "Adithya Archives" news channel.

* We are glad that we got special coaches for CCA and ECA activities. These activities keeps our kids always fit and energetic.

* Concentrating on reading and writing for each and every student is appreciable.

* After the introduction of the Financial Literacy Programme, the students money handling etiquettes has comparatively improved very well.

* As a parent, I am very much satisfied with the Parent Interactive Session that was organised from your end, especially collecting online feedback from our parents is good in which we can express our thoughts privately. It's all done successfully only because of the pure dedication from our Management, the Principal and all the teachers.

I wanted to share my thoughts on Country Vibez ‘23
Hats off to all the teaching and non teaching staff who had worked in making this event a Grand Success..
This event has helped the students and parents have a completely new experience on the cultures of different countries, languages, food, famous monuments etc all at one glimpse.. every student has visibly put in their true and dedicated efforts on the selected country to showcase the maximum possible and to bring out the feel of the country.. Really appreciate all the teachers who have been behind the students in showcasing their skills and bringing out their additional skills..
I would also like to share my thoughts about some of my favourite departments here at AGS

Communicative English
I could see a lot of students communicating their thoughts hassle free and were able to convey their messages to the visitors who had visited their stalls with respect to the topics they chose.. My sincere appreciation to the communicative English department faculty who have immersed a lot of effort to bring out this outstanding performance !!

Cultural
All the students performed their respective country’s dances very well with no flaws and the technical team showcased the country’s background in the big screen which was a treat to watch.. Kudos to all back end technical team who are not always known..

FLP
Your FLP program in school has a very good change in the students and as a parent it has now become very easy for me to negotiate with my children on what’s needed and what’s wanted so this has helped me to reduce unwanted spending on things.. hopefully other parents are also feeling the same..
After this program the students who have been a part of the stalls would have known what it costs to produce a product and the efforts behind product making and how to sell it and what profit they have made doing this activity.. Practical activities like this will help them nurture their interests and push them towards the next step..
A very great initiative by The School Management on this FLP.. I would like to pass on my sincere gratitude towards this program.. continue to do the same..

Art & Craft
We were able to witness a lot of products hand made by the students which was innovative, creative, natural and eye catching.. My appreciation to this department for enhancing the students’ hidden skills..
To all the teaching staff who have spent a lot of effort in helping their children to shine with their skills.. My sincere thanks to all of them
